“Outside color From the picture, it shows outside has the color like silver, while when I received it, it shows the color of blue....why?”

• Hello jenny! The blue outside color on the dishwasher (FFBD2411NW) comes from the packing material. We would recommend removing the blue packing material away from the dishwasher. Hopefully this information is helpful. –Thanks!-

• Is a protective film, just remove the plastic film after the installation.

• That is the protective plastic. It peels off and the stainless steel exterior is beneath it.

• The blue is a removable film, it protects the stainless steel from scratches while being transported. Just peel the film off either before or after installation. Good luck!

• It probably has a blue cellophane still on. You have to peel this off.
