QuestionLooking at this product, it does not seem to be a "Gallery" series as the title indicates. Researching other comparable models, none of them have this labeled as a Frigidaire Gallery. Is the title wrong?

QuestionDoes this model come with the upper spray arm. The pictures clearly show it, but mine didn’t come with one. Customer service for Frigidaire doesn’t seem to be the most helpful...

- Answer Mine also did not come with the upper spray arm. I think it is a defect. The Dishwasher is spraying on sides which causes the door to leak. I bought mine February of last year and now the door is leaking. Defective design!

Questionwhen I press "start" it flashes green. How do I get to "start" to remain green so that cycle can begin to wash? It seems "hit or miss". I need it to remain "green" when I want it to start. Also, very often dishes are wet.

- Answer Select the desired cycle. The indicator light above the pad will glow when selected. Select the desired cleaning option. The indicator light will glow when selected. To start the washing cycle, press the start button on the control pad and close the door to latch. The unit will automatically start the wash cycle. If your dishes are not drying well, here are few tips. Make sure the rinse aid dispenser is filled. Increase the discharge setting of rinse aid. Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120oF (49oC). Check for proper loading-avoid nesting items. QuestionDoes this washer have a drying option? For some reason when I wash a cycle it does not dry when it’s done washing.

- Answer Hello, Jessica! The dishwasher does have a heating element. The hi-temp wash option increases the water temperature to 140 degrees, this increase in water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. QuestionWhere does this dishwasher vent? I don't see a vent on the front so where does the hot, moist air go?

- Answer Hello, Whereisthevent! The model that you have selected has a static vent. The vent is concealed inside the dishwasher door for a clean appearance. During ventilation, air is pulled from the tub and drives the moist air down a condensation tube, where any remaining drops of moisture are released within the door to a moisture proof trough in the lower inner door. By the time the moisture reaches this part of the door, the moisture has been reduced to a few drops. Moisture then drains back into the bottom of the tub and away from the dish load.
