• Hello Slimmyg1. If crushed ice is still in the dispensing chute than you will receive crushed ice when cubed ice is selected. However, if this is not the case, please call us directly at 1- 800-374-4432 Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 8pm (EST). Kindly, Anna
