• Just lift out tray that catches the ice. pour water into that well up to word max. Replace tray and machine will continue.

• Hello, Rosie. To add water, you would open the cover and remove the ice basket. Then fill the water reservoir, ensuring to need exceed the MAX water level mark. Reinsert the ice basket and close the cover.
