• Thank you for your inquiry! I see that you have some questions regarding your FFHB2740PS water temperature. This model does not have a water reservoir that stores water for future use. The water that is dispensed comes from the household supply and runs though the filtration system, so you may notice that it is only cool water as it is coming from the household tap. ~Best regards~

• Yes it should! Mine is cold at all times. Might want to get it checked out while it's under warranty.

• It not very cold for me either, but I always add ice anyway!

• Mine comes out room temperature too. There is a water coil inside so it should be cold.

• Water is cool but not cold. fill your glass with ice first, then water then you have cold water.
