Hi, Thank you for your interest. The cutout dimensions for this model are a minimum of 27-1/4" and 28-1/4" maximum in height, minimum 24-7/8" and 25-1/4" maximum in width, and 24" in depth. This information can be located in the specification data sheet. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We just replaced our GE built-in oven which was exactly 60 years old. It worked fine but did not match the other new appliances. It was a chocolate color! Your width and height dimensions are fine but your depth is short by 3/8". Depth MUST be no smaller than 24". Width can be from 24-7/8 to 25-1/4 and height can be from 27-1/4 to 28-1/4 so you're good there. We had an electrical junction box in the cabinet under our old oven so we were fine there. You need to have a junction box within approximately 3 feet of the back of the oven. The oven comes with about 3-4 feet of armored cable to hook up to your junction box which must be 220 volt. My wife loves the oven but even though the outside dimensions are larger than the old one, the interior of the new one is smaller. Probably more insulation. Hope this helps.
