“The door on the refrigerator will not stay closed. What should I check?”

There is a plastic holding clip on the bottom of the fridge. I would look for alignment issues or missing clip. It the clip is missing the leveling so the front is a little higher should help gravity keep it closed

We recommend shifting any items that may be preventing the door from closing properly. Also, if the refrigerator is not leveled it can cause the door to not close properly as well. Ensuring that the unit is on a level floor that is solid and can adequately support the weight of the appliance. Making sure the unit is sitting solidly on all corners.
