• Hello Tam. The ice cream would be soft, not recommended for ice cream. I apologize, the decibel level is not currently available. However, the min fridge is very quiet. ~ Anna

• If I try to listen to it I can hear it but I would classify it it as very low decibal

• Freezer is plenty cold...noise level is average, not super quiet. A nice refrigerator for the money, but the packaging is VERY poor - the first one had to be returned and the second also had (smaller) dents, but I didn't have the energy to navigate a painful return process a second time..
