Hi BB, They do have a "Haul Away" service, but there are fees for each appliance to remove it. However, a Laundry Center is 1 appliance so it only cost 1 "Haul Away" charge for it, which is a plus because if it was not a Laundry Center you would pay for a washer and then a dryer. If you are a Best Buy Total Tech Support customer the "Haul Away" charge is $0.00 (No Charge).
