“just bought this and mine is leaking from underneath (not through the drain plug) even though I am using it on Auto or Cool mode only. Why?”

Mine is not leaking so maybe there is a problem with the unit or installation? Is there anythung in the faq? Is the exhaust tube working okayand going out of a window? I only run mine a fewhours a day.Sorry to hear yiu are having problems.

Here's what we can do, here's some basic TS that we can do to determine why there's water leaking/dripping inside the room. Please make sure that the AC unit has to be tilted to the outside to allow water to drain to the outside. Also, Verify the unit has a proper tilt per the installation instructions. Verify the room is enclosed and fresh air is not entering continuously from some location. Additionally, check the seals around the unit to verify they are sealing against outside airflow. just to give you a heads-up Installation issues should always be referred back to the installation instructions for the AC unit.
