“Is the plug standard for an electric oven - the standard 3 prong electric plug for 220? I am trying to determine if this would be "plug and play" to the big 3 prong electrical outlet used by my previous oven.”

It is hard wired, no plug. The Best Buy installation team installed it. Make sure the counter hole is large enough. Our was not and caused extra hassle to install.
