• There are 3 grates to this stove and yes you could put 3 grates in the oven to clean

• Hello KEG. We would not recommend putting the grates inside the oven during the self clean cycle. It is recommended to use a non-abrasive plastic scrubbing pad and mild abrasive cleanser. Kindly, Anna
