My guess improper handling sometimes minor glass scratches durning transport from truck to or during movement install pure speculation unless defective manufacturer install from factory. glass even tempered can crack it expands with heat. Q: QuestionWhy does the Gas Range stick out from the wall four inches? This is unacceptable. The delivery and set up people said it was because of the gas line but my Samsung did not stick out it had an area in the back of the oven open to accommodate the gas line.
