Here are the three fan speeds noise levels. #1 - normal You can hardly hear it running #2 - Middle range - sound level not bad, you can still talk over it #3 - Maximum fan speed, maximum air movement, Very loud I seldom use #3 setting unless there is a lot of smell or smoke to remove.
