The exhaust hose is difficult to keep attached to both the AC unit and the window piece when installing it to the window, any slight pull on the hose and it would come off. Other then that installation isn't to difficult. I am not to impressed with the screen that is on the exhaust either. I would have expected smaller holes in the grate. Not an issue yet, but I would expect that any insect would not have issues getting in and cause you to have to clean dead bugs out occasionally.
