how much does this unit weigh null

My unit (next to last largest capacity) might be some 25-30 lbs (perhaps), like a 3-4 year toddler. Heavy but manageable. It has good size and good height. I have it fixed and this unit keeps small living room, dining room and kitchen very comfortable. My daughter is also very pleased with hers. Please see pictures of installed, working unit. Regarding weight, taking it up a stair might be difficult, because of the large, rectangular prism shape, of box, but doable.
