UPS delivered only to front door, not even to living room. You need to clarify this when purchasing. I had problems with UPS arbitrary delivery times. Make sure you set your delivery conditions BEFORE you buy the unit. Five floors is a difficult haul, I would think you require moving equipment and technique to avoid injury and/or damage to unit.MAKE SURE TO SET YOUR DELIVERY TERMS BEFORE PURCHASE!
