“Is there a drain tray underneath the unit that I can take out & empty. I am in a lodge & don't want to damage the floor if it leaks. I am only going to use it as an air conditioner.”

No drain tray included.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there is a drain plug at the bottom of the unit to empty any water build up in the tray. it should not need to be emptied unless you are running it to dehumidify, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's no drain tray that comes with it but a knob you unscrew and place a tray underneath to empty. I used it for 2 days straight and didn't need to drain so not sure how long it takes.
