QuestionHi, I have had this unit for over 2 years. If I did not drain the bottom tray during the last months of usage last year while using it in "Cool" mode, but I did use the top drain pipe, is there a risk for the unit to create mold due to water not drained.

QuestionI can hear the compressor shut off after temp is reach...but the fan never shuts off. Have it set up on auto . Shouldn’t the fan turn off at some point?

- Answer I think the fan will consistently run if on cooling or fan mode.

Questionmy unit has stopped cooling. Compressor will cut in for about 10 seconds then shut off until the unit is restarted.

QuestionI just purchased this, works fine but.. it leaves a puddle when in the auto or cool mode. I did not use the dry. I suspect this is because cooling humid air will drop out water, typically into a drain pan. How do we drain??
