Q: QuestionI bought this portable AC a couple of days ago from best buy to cool my 250Sq.ft bedroom but it does not cool the room as expected. It takes anywhere from 3-4 hours to cool and looks like the fan is not powerful enough. Is this a common problem?

• A:Answer Yes. Ours does the same thing. And the air it is blowing is not very cold at all.

Q: QuestionHello, It says it has an integrated dehumidifier but no mention of how it with drain the water from the unit. Is it a hose? Is it a reservoir that has to be emptied? Please let me know. Dave

• A:Answer Hi Patagon! In researching, we were able to see that a drain hose is included. There is a continuous drain outlet and a bottom drain outlet. You are able to locate any drainage instruction on page 16, in the Use and Care Guide. Hope this Helps! -Thanks!-

• A:Answer I just bought a regular hose and cut it to length. It screws right on. Same size as you would use for the hose on your house so it would be tough to get the wrong size.

• A:Answer Your room is 100 square feet. Just use the square foot and match to the unit. It’s ok if its a little more than you have. But no need to go much larger than 200 square feet. Sometimes 200 square feet is the smallest made.
