cleaning I am having such a problem keeping the top of this stove clean. The black top looks terrible. I have tried everything from plain soap and water to cleaning solvents. Every time I clean it it gets very streaky and looks un clean. What do you reccomend?

I use Zep Degreaser on my ranges. Once cleaned and free of grease.... I use Windex. I have 2 ranges, a $2300 Whirlpool (stainless steel and this black range....they both get streaked. Its just no way to avoid streaks...if any grease is on the stove or cloth.

Hello,

The streaking may be due to residue on the cloth used to clean the cooktop. After cleaning the cooktop with soap and water, dry any residual moisture from the cooktop with a clean, dry cloth.
