“I bought this unit 60 days ago. We continually have hanging ice cycles :( Ice covers every itm in freezer! We have defrosted and retried. Do I have a bad unit? Is there something we can do ?? Anyone else have this problem??”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe you have it on too high or yeah there could be a defect. It's supposed to automatically defrost so there's no ice buildup in the freezer. That's what the frost free feature does. There's heating coils that go on every once in a while that should melt any ice on side of freezer but it won't melt the ice cube tray.
