I recently purchased this unit. It's for storage of my vitamin supplements. I would like the temp to remain at approximately 50 f. I can't seem to get it there. No mater what I do with the control knob. Currently the freezer is empty, should I load it? null

Yes. We found that it got colder with items in. But if it is too full some items got too cold and froze, so don't over fill it. It seems to need a balanced approach.

The best way to get a true temperature reading is when the appliance is loaded. Once loaded allow 24 hours for the refrigerator to settled into its new temperature. ~R'Shaye
