Have an older model. Only use it for bottled water. Has recently started freezing the water and the door is sweating on the outside. What could be the problem? null

Hello, Mags! Thank you for reaching out to us. If moisture forms outside of the Beverage Center, door may not be seated properly, causing the cold air from inside the Beverage Center to meet warm moist air from outside. We recommend checking for proper alignment of the door and gasket.
