“Does this unit come with a remote or not. In the description it says yes, but in the specs it says no. If no, what other model would suggest? Also, if yes, and bought 2 units, are the remotes on the same frequency?”

This model does come with a remote, and yes, if you purchased two air conditioner's the remotes would be on the same frequency.
