Make sure there is no damage to the cooktop when it is delivered. My cooktop fell apart under the load of an empty sauce pan or pot when I first used this due to a fracture caused by delivery. Best buy handled this by giving me the number to the manufacture and the Manufacture handled it by Denying the claim due to "cosmetic damage". The only way I was saved is that I purchased the stove through Progressive leasing and they will be sending a replacement stove out. This glass cooktop is no longer available and has been discontinued as per the manufacture so don't get caught is the repair loop.
