- Answer Hi D. After a power outage, the dehumidifier will memorize the last setting and return to the same setting once power is restored. This information is provided on page 6 of the owner's manual. ~ Anna

- Answer I will ask the question again. Can i set the unit to on and off for, as an example ever two hours? Perhaps my initial question was not worded appropriately? I do not want to purchase the unit only to read the instructions and then have to return it. This is why i am taking the time to ask the appropriate question.
