Can this be used with a sliding glass door? null

Hey LisaAnn! The air conditioner FGPC1244T1 will come with a window slider kit. The kit can fit a minimum space of 22.1 inches or a maximum 44.1 inches. We do not offer an additional extension kit to accommodate a sliding glass door. Hopefully this information we have provided is helpful. –Thanks!-

It probably could be mounted in a sliding door but and this is a big BUT it does not come with an adapter that would fill the space. the adapter that came with mine will extend to the opening of a 36" window and it fits pretty well with enough weather strip. I don't know if additional kits can be combined or if they are available. the unit works great and keeps an area around 600 sq ft comfortable.

I purchased styrofoam from the hardware store and cut it to the same size as the window panels. The styrofoam was in the insulation section and cost $5.00
