Hi Ronnie! Thank you for your inquiry regarding model FHTW123WA1. The condensation (drip) water from this window air conditioner drains into the unit’s internal base pan at the bottom of the cabinet. During normal operation, the fan slinger ring attached to the condenser fan picks up this water and splashes it onto the condenser coils, where it helps improve cooling efficiency and then evaporates. Because of this self-evaporative design, you may not see a steady stream of water draining outside under typical conditions. In very humid environments or during extended operation, excess water may overflow from the rear of the unit and drip outdoors, which is normal. It is important that the air conditioner be installed with a slight tilt toward the outside to ensure proper drainage and prevent water from entering the room. — Reed
