• Yes. It has a energy star label on the face plate and rated 11.2. User can use the Econ mode to set the temperature he desired.

• Yes. On the econ setting, it shuts the fan off with the compressor after a few mins run time. Running regular, the sun seems to play a part in how long it runs. Like if you set it to 72 & the sun is directly on it, the room will get colder than 72.

• it has a great energy saver on it and when the temp in our home reaches that level it shuts off and dont come back on until it needs cooled off again

• Yes it does, however it will hardly turn on at this level, really not worth it to keep it on this setting.
