“I bought this same unit through Home Depot online. It did not work properly it makes a horrible noise. Frigidaire is reimbursing me the cost but I would prefer to receive the exact same unit. Why can you not send me this saying unit?”

Most likely that unit was found with manufacture problems and who know how many people got that same problem. So it is less hassle to reimburse you thae money intend of giving you another problem.
