QuestionI bought this same unit through Home Depot online. It did not work properly it makes a horrible noise. Frigidaire is reimbursing me the cost but I would prefer to receive the exact same unit. Why can you not send me this saying unit?

- Answer Most likely that unit was found with manufacture problems and who know how many people got that same problem. So it is less hassle to reimburse you thae money intend of giving you another problem.

QuestionI have a sleeve in the wall which is 26" W 15.5" H 16"D. I have an old WINDOW model in it which works for 20 years. can I take a chance and put this AC model in the wall? the sleeve is open in the back as well. Thank you.

QuestionWhy can we see daylight through the unit? It is installed in the wall of a 120 sq ft room and the unit is 6,000 btu's which should adequetly cool the room and it does not! Is there maybe something missing from this unit?

- Answer Thank you for your question, Lj! For a space of 120 square feet we recommend using a 5,000 BTU air conditioner. A 6,000 BTU air conditioner will push too much air out causing improper operations. The daylight comes from the vents and coils designed on the air conditioner.
