No, you must be operating it below 65 degrees.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try cleaning the filter. Sometimes, if it can't move air through it will ice up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No this not normal. Maybe your room is dry! And you do not have it on autosetting to turn the unit off by itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, that means it's frozen up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Is the room it is in too cold? See the instructions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it melts during the heating cycle it should be fine, if not then something is wrong with the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not normal. Icing on the air intake will only occur if it is operating in a room that is too cold, below 60 degrees or it is low on Freon. More than likely the sealed system has failed and the lack of Freon is causing it to ice up. Give it a try outside for a few hours where it is warm and humid to see if it is still icing. That will tell you for sure that if it is low on Freon and the sealed system has a leak and that it is not a cold room causing the icing. I'm thinking get out your warranty and your receipt and act quickly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a story and a half. There does not seem to be an issue. We previously had a 30 pint, 65 pint. When I had to manually dump, there would be icing over. If you have icing, then water is not going into the bucket. I put a hose on to have continuous flow. Have you tried hooking up a hose? Hooking up a hose, might save the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not normal ! Either the room is below 60 to 65 degrees, or the sealed refrigerant system has failed and has leaked Freon. Try taking it outside and running it for a few hours in the warm humid air to see if the problem persists. If it does then the sealed refrigerant system has a leak and has failed. Grab your receipt and warranty quickly. Read the warranty! Everything is covered within the first year only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I don't know if this is normal, but I just encountered the same problem today. I purchased my unit back in April of this year. How long have you had yours?
