Yes. The choice of fan speed is independent of the desired humidity level setting, but turns off when said level is reached, and back on when humidity once again reaches a level above the set amount, and so on like a cycle. This should reduce overall power consumption.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, if it can reach the preset humidity level (i.e. 35%, 50%). It is not a question of the fan speed, but the amount of moisture it has to drag out of the air. In "CO" setting the answer would be no.
