“I am also having problems removing the bucket. We are draining through a hose so the only time I need to pull out the bucket is to clean the filter. I have tried all the suggestions and am not able to remove the bucket.”

Grab the grooves on the sides with both hands and pull from there then pull from the front handle once it’s loose
