“I got this for my garage. I ran it about 24 hours on continuous. I then set it to 50. It shows that the garage is 45, but continues to run. Why is that?”

• I noticed the same thing. I do believe the fan always stays on. However, the compressor should shut off once it reaches the desired humidity level.

• Hey, Valued Customer! When the dehumidifier reaches the set humidity, the compressor will shut off; however, the fan will continuously run to make sure that the unit stays at the set humidity. ~Courtney
