“I have this model and I do like it. I have it set at 40% and I can only get it down to 55%... I have had it on constant run for a week now and it never has produced any moisture output :-( is that normal at all?”

Hi Craycrayracing! It is recommended for the setting to be at 35% to pull the most moisture. If the humidity setting is set too high, it will not removed much moisture. ~Corletta
