• YES YOU CAN WATCH TV WITH IT IN THE ROOM. DEPENDING ON WHERE ITS PLACED THE TV MIGHT NOT BE HEARD IF THE SCENE HAS WHISPERING INVOLVED.

• It’s not loud. I always leave it on while I sleep. You can definitely watch and listen to what ever you want
