“Some people say it has a pump and that it pumps upwards into the sink. while other reviews say that it does not have a pump and just uses gravity to drain water downward into the sink (from a shelf etc). can anyone verify model with pump”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has a pump. It has a very unreliable pump that will go bad in a year or less. You would think that they could come up with a pump that would last, but apparently not.
