“Does this unit have an internal pump that ejects the water properly if using the hose function to empty? Will it collect in the reservoir when using the hose function like the present Frigidaire unit that I have now does (and shouldn't be)?”

Curious question being that my Amana which died after 7 years always was dry. I just looked and there is water in the reservoir. I have always had it on the pump function, and I have seen water pump out of it. But it's has not indicated a full reservoir yet. My guess is the pump turns on after a certain amount of water fills up in the reservoir.
