Hello Peggy, Thank you for your inquiry, because the sleeve you are inquiring about was designed specifically for Frigidaire models, we cannot guarantee that it is compatible with the LG brand air conditioner and therefore cannot recommend that you install the sleeve in combination with the unit model LT121CNR.
