Hi, Leif! Please ensure location services are turned on on your phone, and on Androids we recommend temporarily disabling mobile data. You should also make sure you have the correct password for your home network and that you are using the correct app. This model will only work with the Frigidaire Smart Appliance app, not Frigidaire 2.0.
