Normal cooking not using sensor part but time, it beeps double time after it stops, does it twice. Maybe three but third if you leave it for 10 minutes or more. But that is after it stops. The sensor dies it when the numbers start to show like most of them. It senses for a while that you hear the peeps I think more quicker. Not sure how many times. I have heard it. But if you open to check and start it again I thinks it finishes the time on it like a normal non senses and perps when it goes thru the time. You can open and restart it till the time is over.

The oven will beep during the defrost cycle. At this time, open the door and turn, separate, or rearrange the food. Remove any portions that have thawed.
