“Why won't my fridge/freezer go colder to turn into a freezer? Is there a switch somewhere? Or a trick to get the thermostat to go colder? I just plugged it in today. Please help as the manual is not helping. Thank you.”

Thanks for reaching out to us, Sassyjblue! In order to convert the appliance from refrigerator mode to freezer mode is by holding down the “Set” button and “-“ button. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Turn the thermostat down. Press the - button until you see the temperature you want. You have give it 24 hours to stabilize at that temperature.

I hit options and quick freeze. Make sure there are items in there. After that just set thermostat to 0 or -5.
