My garage refrigerator went out and luckily after i had just relegated it from the house to the garage so I needed a replacement. What I really wanted was a refrigerator only option and this refrigerator has been perfect. I am able to easily put all my extra food and keep my drinks cold and within easy reach. Great to have the full width available for the entire height of the refrigerator and I bought a chest freezer at the same time to keep my frozen items in a better location. Unit is very nice inside with plenty of space on the doors and the shelving and slide out drawers make organization easy and obvious.

Pros: Wide interior to see items rather than depth that creates clutter; alarm is not ridiculously loud and annoying; programming at setup was easy; tight seal; very quiet; Shabbat mode; very simple to move door pockets and no need to remove items to move. Cons: Alarm could be louder or at least provide volume control; seal is so tight that young children cannot open the door; abnormal spacing between shelves when using the provided baskets, e.g. I cannot put a 2 liter soda bottle upright on a shelf and still use all shelves and baskets with a different configuration; abnormal spacing between door pocket slots, e.g. standard salad dressing bottle height used in a basket at the lowest level to determine the higher basket results in the higher basket being useless for items that exceed the pocket height of the higher basket.

I've never had such a wonderful Fridge and or Freezer. You can set the temperate on the outside and it's sealed incredibly well, I'd recommend this product to anybody looking for an incredibly well made fridge or freezer for the garage.

I bought this because I have an upright freezer and did not need a fridge with a freezer. This was the cheapest fridge only product I could find. I use it as a refrigerator and so far so good. Love the space and it allows me to keep more fresh food on hand to eat healthier.

My family got two of these fridges, one to use as a fridge, and one as a freezer. Set up is easy and quick. We like the simple design and stainless steel exterior. The extra space inside each fridge thanks to having dedicated fridge/freezers has allowed us to store a lot more food for our family of 6. Keep in mind the door will swing with a greater radius than traditional fridges since it spans the entire width of the unit.

We had a stand alone freezer given to us, which we put in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. I stored all frozen foods in it except for ice, which I stored in the kitchen in a traditional refrigerator/freezer. When our refrigerator/freezer died, we decided to replace it with a refrigerator only so we wouldn't have to play food Tetris and could easily locate and access any item. We purchased an under-the-cabinet ice maker, as well. It was refurbished, nothing fancy, just a little freezer with an ice maker in it, the same as you would see in a traditional refrigerator/freezer. This has worked out brilliantly, especially when we have parties and need extra space for platters or bottled waters. I will however, mention that I had a very unpleasant experience with Best Buy during the delivery process. It's a long story and I won't get into it here, but it was bad enough for me to decide that I will avoid shopping with Best Buy in the future, because I don't want to give my money to a company with such utter disregard for customer service. I've never had problems with them in the past, but it was a truly horrible delivery experience. The refrigerator is great. I love it!

This refrigerator/freezer works quietly and efficiently. Well appointed interior storage units.

Easy to set up, looks decent. A small air leak along the top seal. Watching to see if it goes away after the seals have broke in a bit. It has a key, but I will not likely use it (cheap plastic) since I don't have small children (or thieving relatives) to worry about. If I'm robbed, I'd rather they just take the stuff out of the freezer than to damage it trying to get in.

It is an awesome fridge and there is tons of room!

I've had this refrigerator for 3 weeks now and so far so good. It is very quiet except for when it is cooling itself and when it is cooling itself the noise level is not bad. The refrigerator itself is very spacious and the light is bright. I do wish the shelving had more adjustable levels.

Overall I am very happy with the fridge/freezer. The only complaint is that the temperature range is limited. I use it as a beer fridge and it won't go below 33 degrees without going into freezer mode, which starts at 4 degrees. I wish I could set it at 27 or so for that really cold beer that is perfect for a hot summer day.

I purchased this to use as a freezer only. I did not receive any manual so I went online. The manual indicated that after a power failure, the freezer would revert back to a refrigerator so I called both Best Buy and Frigidare Customer Service. They too told me after a power failure the freezer would revert back to a refrigerator.. I've had two power failures and the freezer always comes back as a freezer. -- No manual and incorrect info from customer service is concerning but the product works great.

The best part about this freezer is the space, and I can convert to regular fridge with the touch of a button, awesome...

We only use this as a refrigerator at this time and I LOVE all the extra space without the freezer compartment! We have both a small deep freeze and an upright freezer in our garage so the extra freezer with a new fridge wasn't necessary. The compartments and spaces all work well and keep our produce organized. The fridge is harder to open since it seals very tight for the potential to use as a freezer. I feel like this has kept the fridge at a more consistent temperature and I have noticed produce staying fresh considerably longer than it did in our old traditional fridge/freezer combo. We have had the fridge for 2 months now and everything has worked great! We squeezed it into the built in space in our kitchen cabinets and even though it is a tight fit we have had no issues with over-heating, etc. there are 3 glass shelves, 2 drawers, and 1 under shelf/basket. The compartments in the door are moveable and provide plenty of storage.

Excellent high quality fridge with plenty of room especially during the holidays.

I would recommend it to anyone. It was also a great buy. My first brand new freezer I have ever owned. I like the fact of the door alarm if it isn't closed.
