Its a manufacturing defect they all have the same issues.. Frigidaire needs to do a recall on this model. Frigidaire way of fixing the leak is putting aluminium tape on the inside of the freezer! Horrible product return if possible
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue the repairman said this a ongoing issue with this model. A replacement is on it's way but I doubt if anything changes. We just went with a bad model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you open the door to the fridge and look up at the freezer door gasket, you will see an air gap. The door is not sealed and sucks air with caused frost and ice build up. You can try to open the freezer door and pop out the gasket (Yes you can pull it right out) and try to turn it 180 degrees and pop it back in. it might help.... but the real truth is that model is junk! Plain and simple, return it if you can. (I did :-)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well it depends on how many refrigerators you have tried of the same one. It may be the temp. or it could be the fridge itself. I didn't have any problem with mine, but I would call customer service and try adjusting the temp. just a little bit to see if that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend adjusting the temp, mine wouldn't freeze ice cubes completely at first
