Q: Why is there a problem with ice buildup?
A: Its a manufacturing defect they all have the same issues.. Frigidaire needs to do a recall on this model. Frigidaire way of fixing the leak is putting aluminium tape on the inside of the freezer! Horrible product return if possible
A: Mine is a month old and I am having the exact same issue. I called Best Buy and they connected me with Frigidaire who walked me through a manual defrost. I did it and it is still dripping. I need a rep to come out and fix it.

A: Hey riskyray! When ice begins to form on the back wall of the freezer this could be due to condensation. Condensation is caused from warm air meeting cold air, the seal around the freezer may be loose. You can also use a dollar bill to test the door gasket. Place a dollar bill in between the door and the body of the freezer. If the dollar bill pulls out with no to little resistance, the gasket is loose. Hopefully this information is helpful. Q: What bins and can rollers are included? It appears that they must be ordered seperately.
