Mine is a month old and I am having the exact same issue. I called Best Buy and they connected me with Frigidaire who walked me through a manual defrost. I did it and it is still dripping. I need a rep to come out and fix it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its a manufacturing defect they all have the same issues.. Frigidaire needs to do a recall on this model. Frigidaire way of fixing the leak is putting aluminium tape on the inside of the freezer! Horrible product return if possible
