• It swings open from right to left. Never heard of one that pulls down

• You push the button on the bottom right to open the door and It's hinged on the left and swings open that way.

• The door opens to the left (hinges on the left side). Please note that you must also purchase a separate kit to make it a seamless wall oven, plus you have to pay extra for installation. It makes for a very expensive microwave.
