“The 42" wide double-door designer gourmet refrigerators are expensive, so I was thinking if I buy two of these units and combine them together as one and have kitchen cabinets installed surrounding the two units, would that work? Doors reversible?”

I believe they are reversible. Regarding that set up, I'm sure you can make it work if that's what you want to do. I'm sure it would save you some cash!

However, we do recommend having a clearance of 3/8 inch along the sides for proper ventilation. If you choose to purchase two of the same model be aware, we do not have a trim kit piece that will display them as a built-in appliance. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
